Message Colocomp who was also at the dyno day hit right around 360RWHP. His mods are:
Intake
Exhaust
JWT ECU
Midpipes and Gutted DP's
Lightened Flywheel and RPS Street Clutch
BC set to 16-17 psi (aftermarket boost gauge)
timing set at 15 (checked right after dyno)

Now according you yourself and the guy I talk to at the dyno meet you considered the black Z to be a Stage5 Z. Now I'm like most everyone else in that stages can get misused, but it puts the car in a general area to consider. you told me his mods on the dyno were:
Intake
Exhaust
ECU (I'm assuming he had this, you left it out of the list)
All cats still in place
BC running 17.8 (you told me 16 psi but that doesn't really matter)
timing set to 15
HKS intercoolers

So as you can see, the only real differences are the cats being in place (negative) and the HKS intercoolers (positive). And maybe 1 psi of boost pressure at the max. With all that said many are finding it hard to see a 55 RWHP difference in the 2 cars. That's a lot of RWHP to try and justify.

And I only used Colocomps car because he live here in Colorado and use the same dyno. But there are people all across the world that seem to get similar numbers with similar mods. Just the 415 number seems to stand out of in the crowd. Some people say Colocomps numbers are high, but I would say they are reasonable from the dynos I have seen form other members. You've seen my explanation the TherinL's dyno numbers so no need to go into that. And also BigRob who dynod 407 I can believe with the way his engine has been built and the settings he was using that day.

So where is the problem then?

First thing people are going to do is blame the dyno and correction factors. Well I don't think thats the right way to go. Colocomps numbers and your Z's dyno numbers (not the black Z) seemed to be right on the mark the mods you both had. the NA's were right on the mark as well. Also Colocomp has been dynoing all year long there everytime he would tweek something or add another part and the numbers have stayed pretty close. His best is 167 with 17-18 psi and timing set to 17. So it's safe to say if he were to add intercoolers he wouldn't be hitting 415RWHP.

So my argument is this. Maybe there are mods on the car you guys are not aware of. It did have temp tags on it still and you guys mentioned you had just bought it and it came with the mods already installed. There very well could be mods we are unaware of involved in making it put out those numbers.

I'm not trying to stir the pot or call anyone out. I met you this summer and think you guys are pretty cool and know your stuff about the car for the most part. Did his car dyno that, yes. But the chances of it doing that with the mods listed is not very unlikely. Hopefully this helps you understand where the arguments are coming from.
